SEVEN SWORDS
In the early 1600's, the Manchurians have taken over sovereignty of China and established the Ching Dynasty. While many nationalist revolts still brew within the martial artists' community, the newly set-up government immediately imposes a Martial Arts Ban, forbidding the practice of martial arts altogether in order to gain control and order. Wind Fire (Sun Hong-Lei), a surrendered military official from the previous dynasty, sees this as an opportunity to make a fortune for himself by helping to execute the new law. Greedy, cruel, and immoral, Wind Fire ravages the North-western China, and his next goal is to attack the final frontier, Martial Village. Fu Qingzhu, a retired executioner from the previous dynasty, feels the need to put a stop to this brutality and sets out to save Bowei Fortress. He brings Wu Yuanyin and Han Zhiban from the village with him to Mount Heaven to seek help from Master Shadow-Glow..

THE EMPIRE OF THE MONGOLS
This two-part series recounts the story of the rise and fall of the Mongolian Empire. The Mongols were skilful administrators, the first "global players" who guaranteed the uninterrupted exchange of goods and ideas between the Orient and the West for nearly 200 years. They were also far-sighted, bringing merchants, traders and settlers with extensive agricultural know-how to their lands. Only after the collapse of Mongol influence in the mid-14th century did routes to the Far East become unsafe.Against the backdrop of the breathtaking landscapes of Mongolia, these programs reconstruct life at the court of Genghis Khan and illustrate the Mongolian style of warfare. In 1253 the Pope sent a Franciscan monk to the Mongolian empire, and his report - The Lore of the Mongols - portrays a fascinating, exotic world.A world that still respects ancient traditions today, the Mongols are as accomplished as ever with bow and arrow, the breathtaking riding skills of their ancestors not forgotten but a part of their life; a nomadic people that has kept its knowledge and skills alive and maintained its originality.
Episode 1 - THE EMPIRE OF GENGHIS KHAN
In 1206, the warrior Temujen was crowned Genghis Khan - "emperor of all emperors". One of the most powerful rulers in history, Genghis Khan defeated the neighbouring tribes of the steppes and united them under his leadership. With a mighty army he set out to conquer Asia and expand his realm into northern China and the fringes of Europe. At war he was a feared opponent and the barbarity of his forces was legendary yet he had another side. He founded a capital city, laid down a code of law and fostered an exchange of trade and culture with the surrounding nations.
Episode 2 - THE HERITAGE OF GENGHIS KHAN
This program focuses on the heirs of Genghis Khan and their way of life as seen through the eyes of the Flemish Franciscan monk William of Rubruck who travelled over 4000 kilometres in the hope of promoting the conversion of the Mongols to Christianity. While he did not achieve his goal, he left a lively, carefully observed record of his travels, including a detailed description of Mongka Khan’s palace at Karakorum and of the way of life of the Mongols, much of which has remained unchanged to this day.

INDECLINE VOL.1
This video opens with McPherson’s appearance on MSNBC with prosecutor Curtis Ross discussing “Bumfights.” The screen fades to black and the quote “Turning a blind eye to the ugliness in the world will leave us all spinning in circles” appears, setting the tone for the hour-long production, which is less like “Jackass” than “Bumfights,” but just as slick as any MTV programming. Then the haunting footage of a visibly upset elderly homeless woman screaming “I keep getting raped and raped and raped all the time, but there’s never any people around me” opens the onslaught of street sequences. The editing by Jason Redding and Jay Parker is top notch as Indecline moves from image to image without giving viewers even the slightest chance to catch their breath. When it’s all over with, we’ve met Jerome, who has nubs for legs and only one functioning arm, a crack addicted lady that looks like Mick Jagger and an obviously insane man that says John Wayne is his cousin. There are also scenes with a crazy man playing “Jingle Bell Rock” on a kazoo and dancing in the middle of the street and footage of a woman on a bicycle almost being hit by a car.
My favorite highlight, however, would be the ending which would be the most manipulating Indecline does of the street dwellers. Reminiscent of Spike Lee’s “I’m Malcolm X” ending of his 1992 biopic on the slain human rights activist, Indecline gives us homeless men and women, the junkie Bling Bling, a toothless prostitute flashing her breasts, what appear to be disabled military veterans on the street and various other misfits, transients and cast outs declaring “I am an American.” An African American male with feces on his forehead closes the sequence repeating over and over, “I’m a piece of shit.”
I don’t feel this is the best Indecline will ever have to offer, but it definitely tops any other ruckus video I’ve seen including “The Best of Backyard Wrestling: Future Kings of the Ring.” My biggest complaint with this release is there is no narration and it’s sort of just an incoherent mess. I personally would like to see it done in more of a traditional documentary style with less of a circus feeling and more of a human interest approach. I’d also like more background on the individuals depicted. Where do they come from? How did they end up where they are? What are their hopes, dreams and fears? Where are their families? How do they survive? What do they eat? Where do they sleep? I want to see more of their world. Not just a few pieces. But in doing so, Indecline would be pushing an agenda and they don’t really have one. They don’t want to tell you what to think. They just want you to decide for yourself what you should do now that their images are etched into your brain.
Perhaps you find yourself offended by Indecline’s footage and their morals. Some may argue they are low-life opportunists, exploiting those that are unable to help themselves. If you said there were times when they took things a bit far, especially with “Bumfights,” I’d be willing to agree with you. But nothing their doing as gonzo journalist should have any of them facing jail time. If we were to prosecute based strictly on morals, the entire entertainment industry would come crashing down. From the innocent such as naked babies in television commercials, to children in violent films, to the selling of war by the government through news outlets, to the demonizing of suspects and convicted criminals by the media, to the manipulation of teenage girls so they take their clothes off on a stage or on film.
The simple fact is when the cameras are not on and Indecline is no where to be found, there are still fights and criminal activities running rampant in our streets. There are homeless men and women, skateboarders, graffiti artists, hookers, crack addicts, mentally and physically challenged individuals living outside of society trying their best to survive. Indecline is offering a window into that alternate world that we can view from our safety zone. If you don’t like what you see, do your part to change
it. But simply closing your eyes to it doesn’t make it go away.

MICHAEL JORDAN HIS AIRNESS
Once upon a time, a boy named Michael Jordan lived in Wilmington, North Carolina. Young Michael dreamt of becoming a professional basketball player. He began by participating in drop-in games with his brother, although at first he could not beat the older, heavier, more experienced sibling. As time went on, though, something grew inside of this child, a will and determination to beat anyone and anything that stood in the way of his success on the court. Playing basketball for his high school team, Jordan won a scholarship to the University of North Carolina. It was there that he first gave the world a glimpse of his greatness.
In a fitting tribute to this legendary player, His Airness examines the life of Michael Jordan, from his boyhood exploits to his final year in the NBA. This absorbing retrospective shows what made this man so remarkable: his constant quest for improvement. Even after his first retirement, in 1993, he returned to the court reborn, galvanized by a desire to win and to be on top of the game once again. He was a great ambassador and icon, as a number of basketball greats, from Magic Johnson to Isiah Thomas, testify to in interviews. Dignified, classy, determined, awesome, driven--there are not enough superlatives to describe what Jordan meant to the game of basketball and to sports in general. Legendary player Bill Russell summed it up best when he claims that the reason Jordan sustained his level of excellence was because "he was determined to be Michael Jordan every night.
